Conference Policies

Guest Tickets: All members of the legal community are welcome to attend the Futures Conference on a space-available basis. Guest tickets, when applicable, grant admittance to evening social events but not to educational offerings or session rooms without prior approval of COLPM leadership.

Accommodations: COLPM complies with the Americans With Disabilities Act. When you register, please tell us if you require accommodation related to dietary restrictions or accessibility.

Image and Voice Release: Registration and attendance at the COLPM Futures Conference and related activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant for COLPM to use and distribute, now and in the future, the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes of such events and activities.

Cancellations: Written requests for cancellation will be issued on a prorated basis as outlined in the current year's registration page of this site. After the early bird deadline, registration and guest ticket fees, if applicable, are nonrefundable. However when the conference is sold out and the cancelled registration can be replaced with a paying registration of equal or greater value from the wait list, a refund, minus a $200 cancellation fee will be issued, on the basis of granting such refunds in the order in which the cancellation requests are received. Guest tickets remain nonrefundable.
