InnovAction Awards Overview

Recognizing Innovation and Innovators in Action Around the World

The InnovAction Awards are a worldwide search for lawyers, law firms, and other deliverers of legal services currently engaged in extraordinary innovative efforts. The awards illustrate what can be created when passionate professionals, with big ideas and strong convictions, are determined to make a difference. Each year, we present the InnovAction Awards to those unsung heroes and rising stars within the legal profession who dare to think differently and succeed by doing so.

The College of Law Practice Management's InnovAction Awards feature three categories of awards:

  • Category #1 (Innovations): We will continue to honor an organization's Innovations as we have since 2004, and
  • Category #2 (Innovators): This category celebrates individuals—InnovActors.
  • Category #3 (InnovAction Rising Stars): New in 2021! The College will recognize individuals who have exhibited high potential in an early stage of their career (at least 5 and not more than 10 years) and who have not yet achieved a chief-level position.
